Filza Julaia is the FGH Internal Audit Director, based in Maputo. Filza oversees the FGH Internal Audit System and supports the organization’s overall risk management. Filza has seven years of experience as an auditor. Prior to joining FGH, she managed external and internal audits for Deloitte Mozambique, covering several industries and multinational companies from financial services to non-profit organizations. In addition to experience in audit procedures, internal financial and operational controls, Filza is an experienced trainer and has conducted trainings for assistant and senior auditors at Deloitte in Mozambique and South Africa. 

Filza holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Eduardo Mondlane University, Mozambique, and is currently studying for the International Accounting Certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK).
