Adriano Cumbane is the FGH National Human Resources Director, based in Maputo. Adriano manages the FGH HR team and oversees all national-level recruitment and HR processes, as well as serving as the FGH liaison with the Ministry of Labor. Adriano has more than 20 years of experience in human resources in various settings and contexts, including large-scale industrial mining and agricultural projects in Angola, Brazil, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, as well as Mozambique. Cumbane has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Camilo José Cela University, Madrid, Spain, with a specialization in Leadership Coaching.
